INGREDIENTS
½ cup Cheddar Goldfish
4 Romaine heart leaves
1 cup roasted chicken, diced
⅓ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 ⅓ tsp grainy Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
¼ cup celery, chopped
¼ cup red grapes, quartered
¼ cup tomato, diced
2 green onions, chopped
¼ cup mixed bell peppers, diced
¼ cup dill pickles, diced
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine diced chicken, mayonnaise, Dijon and fresh dill. This will be your base. Divide evenly between lettuce leaves. Add any combination of ingredients you like. Top with 5 Cheddar Cheese Goldfish - add more if you like the extra crunch!
