Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine the sweet corn kernels, chickpea flour, rice flour, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the corn kernels evenly with the spices and flours.


Heat oil in a deep pan or kadai for deep frying.
