Tofu cut into cubes(fresh)120 grams
Red bell pepper diced25 grams
Onion sliced25 grams
Cashewnuts fried and broked15 grams
Ginger sliced10 grams
Red chilli paste 10 grams
Seasoning 5 grams
Salt to taste
White pepper powder 5 grams
Cornflour/ corn starch 15 grams
Dark soy sauce 10 grams
Chilli oil 1 gram
Red chilli broken10 grams
Refined oil 10 grams
Method
Step 1
Heat oil in a wok. Add ginger, red chilli paste, vegetable and sauté for a min.
Step 2
Add oyster sauce, red chilli paste, stock, seasoning, sugar, white pepper , dark soy and cornflour and adjust the gravy.
Step 3
Add tofu and fried nuts.
Step 4
Finish with garlic oil and serve hot.
