Chocolate birthday cake

Ingredients for cake

1 cup Maida
100 Gm butter
200 ml milkmaid
3 tbsp pwd sugar
1cup milk
2 tbsp cocoa pwd
1 sachet coffee pwd 1 rupee wala
1tsp b.pwd

1/2 tspsoda
1 tsp vanilla essence
For decoration
Whipped cream
Hershey's. Chocolate sauce
Oreo biscuits
Twister choco
Chocolate chips.
Grated chocolate


Method
Mix n shieve all dry ingredients except sugar. Beat sugar n butter till fluffy.add milkmaid n beat it till fluffy. Add the Maida mix n milk and beat it .there should be no lumps now pour the batter in a greased bowl n microwave for 7 mins

Method of decoration

Make three layers of cake by thread, n put some sugar syrup on the layers to keep them moist. Now spread chocolate syrup over the first layer then whipped cream then choco chips n grated chocolate, now cover it with the second layer n apply the same process , now cover it with the final layer . Cover the whole cake with chocolate mixed cream . Now grate the chocolate with potato peeler n spread all over the cake. Now in centre male a circle with Oreo biscuits, and the boundry with Twister biscuits like the pic. Spread some choco chips n Cadbury shots . I have use lots of chocolate bcoz it it is my daughter's bday cake. Today is her bday n she loves chocolate
