Dark chocolate 300 grams
Butter 2 tablespoons
Double cream 6 cups
Castor sugar (caster sugar) 1/2 cup

Method

Step 1
QUICK CHOCOLATE MOUSSE Ingredients 300 grams dark chocolate 2 tablespoons butter 6 cups double cream ½ cup castor sugar Method Break chocolate into small pieces, transfer into a bowl, add butter.

Step 2
o melt this mixture, put some water in a bigger vessel and place the bowl with the chocolate in it and cook till it is smooth and even.

Step 3
Remove from heat and allow it to cool. Mix half of the cream into it. Stiffly beat the remaining cream with sugar, fold this into the chocolate mixture and refrigerate for thirty minutes.Step 4
Take a piping bag with a large star nozzle and pipe this chilled chocolate mousse in individual glasses and keep in refrigerator. Serve chilled.
