Pineapple Upside Down Jelly

1 packet agar agar powder (I used yellow color)

1 can round cut pineapple (we need 4 pcs)

250 g of sugar

1 liter of water



Method: Arrange yr round pineapple in any dish u prefer or mould

In a heavy pan boil 1 liter of water and Add 1 packet of the agar agar powder

n stir pouring the sugar as well.Boil on low heat. Pour into the dish or mould slowly as not to move the pieces of pineapple, allow to cool. Once it is cooled, put it into the refrigerator and cut into required sizes and serve it chilled.You can add fresh cream if required on top.
