Ingredients
Banana peeled1
Pear 1 medium
Apple 1 medium
Custard powder 2 tablespoons
Milk 1 cup
Butter 1 teaspoon
Sugar 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon
Mixed fruit jam 2 tablespoons
Fresh pomegranate pearls 3 tablespoons + for garnishing

Method
Step 1
1. Finely chop banana and pear.

Step 2
Take custard powder in a bowl. Add milk and mix well.

Step 3
Heat a non-stick pan. Pour the custard mixture in it and cook, stirring once a while, till it thickens.

Step 4
Finely chop apple.

Step 5
Heat butter in another non-stick pan.

Step 6
Add ¼ cup sugar to custard mixture, mix well and cook till the sugar melts. Switch off heat and mix till smooth.

Step 7
Add chopped apple, pear and banana to the butter and saute. Add 1 tbsp sugar, mix and saute till soft.

Step 8
Add sautéed fruits to the custard and mix well.

Step 9
Heat jam in another non-stick pan. Add little water, mix and cook till it melts.

Step 10
Add 3 tbsps pomegranate pearls to the jam and mix well.

Step 11
Divide the jam-pomegranate mixture into individual Martini glasses. Top with the fruit custard, garnish with pomegranate pearls and serve immediately or chilled.
