Marble Cake

Recipe for Marble cake (microwave recipe)

1 cup Maida

1 tbsp butter

2tbsp pwd sugar

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 big size over ripe banana mashed properly

Milk 1 cup

1 tsp baking pwd

1/2 tsp baking soda

1tbsp coco powder

Method sieve the flour b/p n b/s soda together n keep aside. Take a bowl n mix butter n sugar till fluffy. Add mashed banana n mix now add milk m Maida mix . Be careful there should be no lumps. 

Now add vanilla essence .now separate 1/2 batter in a bowl. N mix coco powder in rest half. 

Now pour the batter in a greased tray one by one means first Chocolate then white then again chocolate then white.now bake for 7 mins in microwave
