Ingredients

Cucumbers peeled3 medium
Sprouted whole green gram (ankurit moong) blanched2 cups
Oil 1 tablespoon
Garlic finely chopped1 tablespoon
Red chilli powder ¼ teaspoon
Black pepper powder ¼ teaspoon
Chaat masala ½ teaspoon
Cumin powder roasted½ tsp + fo
Salt to taste
Juice of 1 lemon
For serving
A few iceberg lettuce leaves

Method

Step 1
Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté till golden.

Step 2
Add sprouted moong, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder and salt.

Step 3
Switch off the heat and mix well. Transfer into a bowl. Grate cucumbers into the bowl. Add lemon juice and mix well.

Step 4
Place iceberg lettuce leaves in a serving plate and transfer the salad over them. Sprinkle some roasted cumin powder and serve -
