Dried figs 1 cup
Milk ½ cup
Cocoa powder ½ tsp + fo
Almonds toasted¼ cup
Walnuts toasted¼ cup
Seedless dates 1 cup
White sesame seeds toasted½ cup
Heat milk in a non-stick pan, add cocoa powder and mix well and cook till the milk is heated through.
Step 2
Put dark chocolate in a bowl, add hot milk and mix well.
Step 3
Grind together almonds, walnuts, dates, dried figs and chocolate mixture to a smooth paste. Transfer this into another bowl, add sesame seeds and mix well.
Step 4
Spread cocoa powder on a plate.
Step 5
Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions, shape them into balls and coat them in cocoa powder. Set aside to cool.
Step 6
Arrange the truffles on a serving plate and serve immediately.
